Freedom is a state of mind

Today I started to do physical exercise to detox my body from a hard physical job and I fell so great and happy with the need to communicate you my dear subscriber that this activity give you freedom.

No matter what you do or where you are, doing exercise you will feel free for a while, and not cost to you. After a healthy breakfast you can start to change your old habits and begin a new one just walking around a park or practicing some kind of physical activity for 1 hour. A positive attitude is good for confidence, self control, and visualize your goals to short, medium and long term.
