




Today I had a certificated diploma for Mental Health Limited to certificate my institution. So I am very happy to have this training because the principal asset we have is our brain. So feeding my brain is a good choice for me.
It was an inspiration to study about Psychology and improve my mood by tips that the lecturers got to all of participants.
If you are working with people with mental health limited I will give you some tips to improve your mood stimulating naturally the 4 hormones of happiness: serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins and dopamine:
1 Do physical exercises: You are stimulating serotonin, dopamine and endorphins
2 Take a portion of Sun with care of your skin: serotonin
3 Dancing, singing, hugging , laughing, physical contact as caress, make love: endorphins, oxytocin
4 Crying when you need it: oxytocin
5 To sleep 7 to 9 hours: Dopamine
6 Read a book, do research : Dopamine
