Recently I moved out to an apartment for rent. It was an exciting experience because all my life I was the owner of my property, so to expend money in one was a challenge for me.
When you are short of budget, it may be difficult to save money for the rent, but it is not impossible, so I did it because nothing is as important as to have your own space to live and to order your mind.
One of the iconic places of Havana is a boundary wall named Malecon. From Old Havana to the end of the Vedado community is a place to fish, get in love, do footing, take some pictures, see the ocean and sit down and see people walking around, playing guitars and other music instruments interpreting cuban and international songs. The most beautiful moments are sunset and sunrise,when you can observe the Sun touching the sea and lift in the sky.

On friday 18th of August my son and a close family came to the USA throughout special parole to the people of Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti and Venezuela. It was an exciting day. I’m grateful to God and the government of the USA for this great opportunity.

En Agosto de 1913 un grupo de apostadores en el casino de Montecarlo probaron suerte en la ruleta. Algunos de ellos se dieron cuenta que la bola lanzada 7 veces seguidas caia en la casilla negra y pensaron que la proxima vez podria caer en la casilla roja y apostaron por el rojo varias veces y perdieron ya que la bola cayo 26 veces sobre terreno negro. La probabilidad de caer en zona negra o roja es de 0,5 al igual que cuando se lanza una moneda al aire de caer cara o cruz es de 0,5. Por tanto el aprendizaje de esta historia es que eventos pasados no predicen eventos futuros. En la bolsa de valores, cuando se realiza la lectura de los indicadores se puede caer en esta falacia al analizar la tendencia de la grafica. Un patron de precios de una accion en el pasado no tiene por que repetirse en el futuro. Por tanto hay que realizar un analisis mas profundo a la hora de comprar o vender una accion.

1 Tener un fondo de emergencia de 3 a 6 meses para gastos imprevistos , para no tener qud vender las acciones en tiempos dificiles.
2 Es mejor pagar a corto plazo deudas con altos intereses para crear el camino mas corto a la riqueza. Esto debe ser hecho antes de empezar a invertir o continuar invirtiendo.
3 No invertir dinero si se esta emocionalmente atado a el. Haciendo esto se previene del panico de vender acciones.
